Get directionsHey! I’m Taylor (she/her).
As a relational therapist, I am committed to co-creating a space where you feel safe to explore your authentic self—your stories, your emotions, and your inner wisdom. I understand how challenging it can be to reach out for support, and my priority is to meet you where you are with compassion, warmth, and a sense of curiosity.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply attuned to your unique needs. I believe therapy is not about fixing what’s broken, but about reconnecting with the parts of you that have always been whole. I draw from therapeutic practices that are trauma-informed, experiential, and rooted in bottom-up processing. This might mean tapping into the wisdom of your body to process what words can’t always express, or exploring the ways your early relationships and life experiences have influenced how you show up in the world. While uncovering the roots of a problem can feel daunting, my goal is to create a space where you feel empowered, safe, and prepared to explore these deeper layers at your own pace.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing is a radical, transformative act that extends beyond the self—it’s a reclamation of your power and a pathway toward a deeper connection with yourself, your relationships, and your community. I recognize the broader systems that shape our experiences and strive to hold space for all the complexities of your identity and story.
Whether you’re seeking therapy for the first time or returning to deepen your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and unwavering encouragement as you navigate life’s challenges and (re)discover your inner strength. I am endlessly thankful that you’ve taken the time to consider me as a companion for your journey.
Theoretical Orientation
Although understanding your therapist’s theoretical framework is not a requirement for therapy, it can give you a taste of what their overall style and perspective is like in session. I aim to always be integrative and collaborative, but I am commonly influenced by:
-
Somatic Therapy
-
Relational Psychodynamic / Attachment-Based Therapy
-
Internal Family Systems
-
Narrative Therapy
(Additionally: Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Coherence Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Liberation Psychology.) Learn more about what these therapy styles mean here.
In addition to therapeutic theories, I am committed to my work always maintaining a standard that is anti-oppressive, decolonial, and centered in social justice. This baseline allows us to create space for all aspects of your authentic self to be safely explored through a non-pathologizing and non-judgmental perspective.
