For over 20 years, I have worked with individuals and couples to resolve relationship difficulties, manage anxiety and/or depression, improve self-esteem and work through trauma. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO), Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (CAMFT/OAMFT), and Certified Sex Therapist (BESTCO). Sex therapy can help individuals to create the most life-enhancing context for the kind of sex that is worth wanting. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I welcome the opportunity to help individuals or same-sex couples work through sexual concerns, such as low desire, support after affairs, erectile difficulties, and pain during sex. I can also assist individuals with coming out issues, and exploring their gender identity and expression, as well as make recommendations for medical care.
