Stephanie Cordes, Naturopathic Doctor

Hi! My name is Stephanie Cordes, and I’m a Naturopathic Doctor who practices trauma-informed care. Although people come to see me for a wide variety of issues, I see a lot of mental health concerns in my clinic including anxiety, depression, bipolar, BPD, addictions, trauma, and more. I also treat a lot of digestive concerns, as they commonly occur in those experiencing mental/emotional/spiritual challenges, and am passionate about providing naturopathic services to my LGBTQ community here in Guelph. Natural therapies I frequently recommend include botanical (herbal) medicine, nutritional supplements, diet and lifestyle counselling, stress management, acupuncture, and more.
