Hello! I’m a queer, non-binary registered massage therapist serving Hamilton and Toronto (coming soon). My practice is focused calming the nervous system to help relieve areas of tension, discomfort and pain. My treatments can include myofascial release, Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point release and other modalities. I also am trained in providing scar work. I a mental health and trauma informed. I value meeting patients where they are at, ensuring a collaborative therapist/client relationship so all my clients feel seen and heard.
