Sahara Counselling

Psychotherapy services provided and tailored to the client and their needs, preferences. Services include but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy and Art therapy. I see clients with various problems and if I am not able to help then I make the appropriate referral. I am client centered, compassionate, empathetic, LGBTQ+ friendly and believe everyone should have access to mental health and care.
