I am a proud queer, non-binary BIPOC, complex trauma survivor, sexual assault survivor and spiritually integrated therapist.

I locate in Tkaronto (colonially known as Toronto).

I specialize in bridging queer identity with one’s spirituality. This could take the form of reclaiming your faith tradition or finding new meanings in life. Everyone has their unique way of healing. I want to support you in experiencing meaningful connections and equip you with the necessary tools to thrive.

As a queer immigrant in diaspora, I understand how hard life transition can be. You might feel that you are stuck in a place of no return and cannot see any path forward. You are struggling to experience a sense of belonging, and yet you don’t feel that you are offered any choice in life. Trauma (e.g. going through the wrong puberty, state-induced trauma) can disconnect you from your body. My mindfulness and somatic approach will help you rebuild a connection with your body so that you can feel accepted without abandoning any part of yourself.

Areas of Focus:

  • Complex PTSD
  • Navigating cross-cultural experiences and culture shock
  • 2SLGBTQ+ Identity exploration and affirmation

My Training Include:

  • Internal Family System (IFS)
  • Somatic Trauma Therapy
  • Mindfulness-Based Modalities
  • Gottman’s Couple Therapy (Level 1+2)
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
