With care and empathy, I provide will provide a safe space where you feel comfortable to be yourself and open up about experiences that may be difficult to process. I specialize in many areas including trauma, abuse, bullying, self-esteem issues, sexual orientation, emotion dysregulation, eating-related issues, as well as interpersonal and familial conflicts. My therapeutic orientation is client-centered, and I’m able to easily empathize and understand clients on a deep level. I strive to provide therapy in an anti-oppressive and trauma-sensitive manner, and I am committed to lifelong learning to ensure I am informed about aspects of culture (i.e., race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, religion, etc.) that I may not be familiar with, to ensure my clients get the most out of therapy.

Together, we can unpack and explore issues, conflicts, and hard experiences that may be troubling you as well as build tools to help you cope more effectively, increase resilience and confidence, recognize your strengths, and regulate your emotions.

I use an eclectic approach to draw from various evidence-based therapeutic approaches (i.e., feminist, ACT, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic) to find an approach that feels best for my client, considering their cultural layers of identity, preferences, expectations, and concerns.
