Hi there! My name is Loretta (she/her) a queer Registered Social Worker offering individual therapy for adults and youth (12+). My practice is warm, trauma-focused and depathologizing. I believe in co-creating a collaborative, respectful space where we can explore your strengths, inherent wisdom, and resources to assist you in moving through life’s challenges. I’ve supported clients exploring their gender and sexual identity as well as navigating childhood trauma, PTSD, AuDHD/ADHD, anxiety, low mood and substance use. I work particularly well with clients struggling with overthinking, challenges around embodiment, or feeling stuck in relational patterns. I bring over 13 years of experience of working in the community to my therapy work, rooted in anti-oppressive values and social justice.
