I have extensive experience working with adolescent, adult, and senior populations transitioning through life stages. I support clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges as I provide a unique perspective on coping, relationships, and resiliency. Using a realistic and client-centered approach, I help my clients overcome obstacles and rewrite their own narratives.
I view therapy as a collaborative experience where both the client and therapist work together to resolve conflict and achieve personal goals. My theoretical orientation can be described as an eclectic and integrative approach that combines aspects of therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic models, CBT, DBT, and EFT among others.
By tailoring individual treatments and working with clients to foster feelings of safety, I challenge my clients to work through areas of difficulty at an appropriate pace. My visual condition offers an enhanced empathetic awareness to the clients I serve both in and outside of the disabled community.
