Get directionsWe all have our own beautiful, messy but ultimately unique stories. Who we are, and how we present ourselves to the world and the people around us, are defined by our narratives. Sometimes the challenge is that we may not recognize the power in other narratives. Together, we can create space to witness and name your emotions, and address racial and/or gender identity, relationship patterns, transition periods, sexuality and any issues impacting you and your journey. I am passionate about hearing your story and providing a safe, brave and judgement-free space, to build on your core values and strengths to discover opportunities for growth and healing.
I provide an authentic, listening ear while also being open to hearing and integrating your feedback, as a collaborative therapeutic relationship is imperative to the work we do together. I work from an emotion-focused, holistic and narrative approach, prioritizing an active space that is trauma-informed, anti-racist, and LGBTQ+ affirmative.
As a Social Worker and Psychotherapist, I can acknowledge that not one size fits all regarding therapeutic support. My practice is significantly informed by my personal experiences as a South Asian and queer woman. I can understand and honour the impact our identities have on our stories. I strive to offer spaces and sessions in Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi and English.
If you’re curious to see whether or not I would be a good fit for you, I offer 30-minute free consultations that can be booked directly through my website or connect with me via email. It would be an honour to bear witness to your story.
