I am a registered psychotherapist for over 19 years with extensive training and education in the field of therapy. I have worked in a tertiary hospital in Toronto, Ontario as a therapist, trainer, and ethno-cultural specialist. I have worked with diverse people from all walks of life. I am respectful of all people of gender orientations, religious, spiritual and cultural backgrounds.

I provide services and therapy for substance addiction, behavior dependencies (gambling, gaming and technology over use), depression, anxiety, identity issues, relationship difficulties, stress, anger, emotional challenges, spiritual dilemmas (meaning and purpose in life), life transitions, divorce, separation, grief and loss.

I also provide consultation for parents (including adult children), families and partners affected by a loved one’s addiction and mental health issues.
