I am Registered Psychotherapist and Dance Movement Therapist (R-DMT). I am not your typical therapist and I do not think therapy is ‘JUST CLINICAL’. I am real, approachable and non-judgmental. I am the kind of person who would not mind sharing my personal experiences with you thereby helping you know that you are not alone.
I use a genuine and non judgmental approach to look at where you are at and how you require support. I am ready to provide a listening ear and give my own personal examples of healing assuring you that I am right here with you. I will stay with you through the roller coaster ride during therapy sessions. I do not get shocked, intimidated or shaken easily. I have heard it all and I can hold the space for you.
I believe that it is very important to work with emotions and thoughts to help you feel connected with yourself. I delve into your stories from the past and present and help you through the process of healing and understanding the deep-seated wounds you have been carrying.
My areas of expertise are Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Trauma and PTSD. I am currently offering online individual therapy and dance movement therapy in Ontario.
We provide virtual psychotherapy services that are safe, compassionate and inclusive. We have experience in supporting 2SLGBTQIA+. We provide support and collaboratively work with clients to provide them with a plan to explore their goals and the changes they experience during the process of coming out, and any form of transition they experience. We are here to additionally provide compassion, tools and strategies when they are faced with challenges related to body image, changes in relationships and exploring the relationship with their body and mind and any other issues and concerns that arise.
