We are a comprehensive interdisciplinary Family Health Team located in the core of Hamilton Ontario.  We accept any and all patients into our LGBT2SQ-friendly space and are committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate and culturally competent care to everyone.

We acknowledge that people who identify as part of sexual or gender minority groups can experience challenges and discrimination in seeking care and our staff of 18 LGBT2SQ-friendly family doctors, 40 resident physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, physician assistants and physical rehab specialists all participate in regular Continuing Medical Education on topics relevant to this community to ensure we are providing inclusive and effective healthcare.  This includes everything from awareness and use of preferred pronouns to prescribing hormone therapy and supports and access to gender affirming surgery for patients who are transitioning.
