As a BIPOC-centered practice, we strive to provide a safe space for all people in different walks of life. We can support you through trauma recovery, interpersonal relationship issues, life transitions, grief & loss, workplace stress/violence, mood & anxiety disorders and your overall self-care & wellness. We want to become a pillar of health and mental health in the community by providing accessible services to all Ontario, more specifically to residents of Belleville & Area. Virtual Care is available to all Ontario residents, and in-home care is available under request to our locals.
