I am queer relational psychotherapist with options for in person or virtual sessions. I am also a parent, able-bodied and a white settler with Irish, Scottish and English ancestry.

As a relational psychotherapist, I work alongside you in surfacing unconscious stories you may have about yourself that could be hindering your connection to self and others.

Working within a relational psychotherapy framework, I will be interested in your early attachments, other important relationships and also the relationship that will be forming between us. I will be curious about where you have learned the relational patterns that you may be feeling stuck in with present day relationships with self and others. Creating a safer space for you to be present with your needs is the work we do together.
