I provide virtual services through Ontario.

I live and work and play in the neighborhood of Walkerville located in Windsor, but thanks to virtual care I have the pleasure of connecting with individuals across the province of Ontario.

I have worked in Windsor since 2020. I started my career in community care and my lived experience brought me to a non-profit community support center for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and their families. Doing non-profit work has taught me the strength in community and that everybody deserves a village of support. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate space where you are free to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I always say that you steer the ship, we may walk through a recent challenge, try a new coping skill together or explore ways to connect with joy. I use an integrative style (drawing from multiple theories and approaches), which means that every session will be as unique as you are. Regardless of the approach, you can always expect unconditional validation, support and kindness.

I am experienced working with individuals from adolescence through adulthood. Some of my practicing areas of interest include transition to adulthood, building a toolkit for ADHD, queer and trans identity exploration, navigating relationships and building capacity for resilience.
