I strive to cultivate a non-judgmental, anti-oppressive, collaborative, liberatory & trauma-informed therapeutic space. I welcome clients in non-traditional relationship structures (e.g., open relationships, non-monogamy, relationship hierarchy, polyamory, etc.) and am BDSM, fetish & kink affirming. I am sex & body positive and support the full decriminalization of sex work. I practice harm reduction and believe that you are the expert in your life. My goal is to support you in ways that feel helpful, nourishing & encouraging.

I offer individual virtual therapeutic services to folks ages 18+ and have experience with the following topics:

  • Gender and/or sexual identity or expression

  • Developmental and/or complex trauma (C-PTSD)

  • Relationships with food & body (including eating disorders)

  • Substance use and harm reduction

  • Religious trauma

  • Sex work & erotic labour

  • Sexual & gender-based violence

  • Trauma & post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

  • Non-traditional relationship structures (e.g., non-monogamy, polyamory, open relationships)

  • Neurodivergence (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)

  • Anxiety and depression

I use an eclectic therapeutic approach that draws from strengths-based, feminist, attachment, Internal Family Systems, polyvagal theory, and somatic therapies. Part of my approach includes contextualizing your embodied experiences of systemic oppression and noticing sites of resistance that have helped keep you, your kin, and your community safe amidst the targeted violence of white supremacy, colonization, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, fatphobia, saneism, whorephobia, xenophobia, serophobia, and classism. I also embrace an anti-diet, weight-neutral, and fat liberation perspective when discussing food & bodies and am particularly attuned to moving alongside folks in larger bodies through challenges with eating, size, and body image.
