Friends & Advocates Peel

Friends & Advocates is a non-profit adult mental health social rehabilitation Organization. Our mission is Member Directed Social Rehabilitation Services. This philosophy encompasses providing a variety of activities, events and services to those who have experienced and are recovering from mental/emotional distress, which has led to social isolation. Friends & Advocates offers numerous social opportunities which encourages the development of leadership, interpersonal and social skills for our membership, who reside primarily in the communities of Brampton, Mississauga, Etobicoke and Dufferin. In addition another one of our programs, the Consumer Survivor Network is dedicated to bringing the voices of Mental Health and Addiction service users to funding bodies and share stories of recovery.
