Evans Family Counselling and Psychotherapy

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Laurier University. I recognize that soul care is part of psychotherapy (literally translating to “soul healer”) and strive to care for all parts of a person. As a queer cis-woman who is a step-mother to two children, one of whom is neurodivergent like myself, I recogize various struggles in the queer and neurodivergent community.

Ultimately, I am here to help you to navigate life’s storms with both therapy tools and a touch of the spiritual (if that’s your thing!). I’m a therapist who meets you where you’re at, combining traditional psychotherapy with care for the soul. I’m comfortable integrating faith-based elements or exploring broader spiritual influences with you, if you feel this is important to you. ️I will focus on what your needs are in therapy by creating a safe and compassionate space to explore your unique path. We’ll delve into thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, taking into consideration all the intersectionalities that make you the awesome human that you are.
