Dilcio Guedes is registered with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario and has more than twenty years of clinical experience. He provides individual psychotherapy based on of trauma-informed practices to people who identify on a spectrum of diverse gender identities and sexual orientations. He also has lived experience, knowledge, skills on working with marginalized, culturally diverse communities and involvement in LGBTT2SQQIA+ communities. He has experience working with adults who live with the aftermath of trauma (including male survivors of sexual abuse), dealing with attachment issues (including forming, maintaining relationships and coping with relationship breakdown). He also works with people struggling with depression, anxiety, and issues related to adjustment and life transitions.

His therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioural, Dialectical Behavioural approaches and psychodynamic approaches to help people cope with their difficulties.
