Dr. Bennett (she/they) aims to create a space that is free from judgment, where your concerns are taken seriously, and you are treated like the unique and spectacular individual you are. She offers safe and effective care using natural therapies to treat various acute and chronic health concerns and have a special interest in hormones, fertility, stress, and digestion. Emily also has experience and interest in providing integrative naturopathic support for HIV/AIDS.

Emily comes to this work with the unearned privilege extended to her as a white, cis-het, middle-class, educated, neurotypical, able-bodied, settler woman of small-average size. She lives and works as an uninvited settler in Nogojiwanong, traditional Michi Saagiig Nishnaabeg Territory, on the land associated with the Williams Treaty of 1923 and Rice Lake Treaty #20 of 1818.

In addition to working with people 1-on-1 in her private naturopathic practice, Dr. Bennett also does coaching and consulting with leaders in the nonprofit and social services to help buildout strategic approaches to wellbeing at work for their staff.
