I am an experienced social worker/psychotherapist and certified trauma therapist. I practice in alignment with my Intersectional Trauma Informed values.

I am committed to providing compassionate, collaborative and evidence-based psychotherapy. Considering your unique experiences, my practice is integrative. My approaches include: Cognitive Behavior Therapies, Compassion-Focused Therapies, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Nature, and Somatic Based approaches.
