After taking the patient’s history, performing an examination, and establishing a diagnosis, our chiropractor will develop and carry out a comprehensive treatment plan by recommending therapeutic exercises, performing manual therapies, and providing dietary and lifestyle counselling.

Every visit with us will have an emphasis on educating the patient about which of their tissues are involved, movements that may be counterproductive, and what exercises or other treatments can help heal and correct such issues.
