Luc Grey (he/they) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). He practices with a humanist, non-pathologizing, anti-oppressive and trauma-informed lens in working with clients. They work integratively from person-centred, acceptance commitment, solutions-focused and narrative therapies.

He strives to create a non-judgmental, unbiased, safer, and empathetic space for clients to feel heard and their lived/living experiences and identities validated.

In Luc’s work they focus on developing a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship with clients to collaborate on the areas clients want to focus on. Seeing the individual holistically with understanding of how social determinants inform/impact our ability to heal, grow and thrive. Luc works with clients to explore their internal narrative and support rediscovery of strengths and values that guide their journey ahead.
