This community based participatory research project focused on older lesbians (over 50 years of age), living in the Greater Toronto Area. The primary purpose of the project was to involve aging lesbians in identifying their health care and housing needs; and to provide OLIVE and Sherbourne Health with information about aging lesbians to inform their future work within this community.
The study identifies recommendations for Health and Housing Service Providers and Governments, Lesbian Communities, and Research.
