Shipping and Handling is charged on a cost recovery basis. Shipping is calculated as a minimum $5.00 or 15% of purchase, whichever is higher. Shipping costs include Canada Post fees and standard shipping materials (envelopes, boxs, etc). Poster tubes are a seperate cost - details below.

Free materials: Some of the materials available in the store have been paid for by a third party and are therefore available for free. However, there are costs associated with shipping materials and postage. Therefore, a small shipping fee has been added to each of the items and has been determined by quantity and weight of the materials (typically $1.00 - $4.00); this charge will be calculated as part of the minimum $5.00 charge. When making your purchase(s), a notice will appear at the bottom of your order screen highlighting the shipping costs associated with free materials.

Posters: Due to the high cost of poster tubes and additional shipping costs required, each poster order will be charged an additional $5.00 per tube; this charge will be in addition to the regular charges of $5.00 or 15 % of purchase. Please note that approximately 12 posters will fit into one tube; poster tube charges will calculate at a rate of one (1) tube per 12 posters or less. When making your purchase(s), a notice will appear at the bottom of your order screen highlighting the additional poster tube fee. Some posters are pre-folded and do not require a poster tube; in these instances, no notice will appear on your screen.

Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed within five business days and sent by Canada Post. Rush orders will only be accepted if resources permit. An additional charge may be applicable.
