
Rainbow Health Ontario invites you to become a sponsor, an exhibitor or advertiser at the Rainbow Health Ontario 2010 Conference: Improving Access and Equity in Health for LGBT People. This unique event is the first provincial conference focused specifically on the health and wellness issues of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) communities.

Become a Conference Exhibitor
Participate in the Rainbow Health 2010 Conference exhibition and introduce delegates to new resources, products and services and build new relationships. Each exhibitor will be provided with a 6-foot table and 2 chairs. Your organization's website address will be posted on the conference website as an additional benefit.
The exhibition space will be in The Grand Ballroom Lobby Foyer at the Toronto Marriot Downtown Eaton Centre Hotel. The exhibitor hours are:
Thursday, March 25, from 8:00 am. to 5:00 pm
Friday, March 26, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
Exhibits may be installed on Wednesday, March 24th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm or on Thursday March 25th by 8:30 am, and must be removed by 3:00 pm on Friday, March 26th. Exhibitors are responsible for all shipping, setup and removal of exhibits.

Please note that exhibit space does not include access to the conference - materials, workshops, plenary sessions, refreshment breaks, breakfasts or lunches. In order to participate in the full conference (when not staffing your exhibit space), you must register for the conference. To participate in Food & Beverage functions only, you may purchase tickets. Registration details are included on the Exhibitor Application Registration form.

Preferred fonts are Helvetica 45 Light and Helvetica 65 Medium, but advertisers are free to choose other fonts as well. Resolution should be set at 300 dpi. You may submit your ad using any of the following formats:
